Shipping Policy

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.

We do not currently ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), APO/FPO military addresses, or other international destinations. We are working to expand our shipping coverage — check back for updates.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Important for Canadian customers: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing. Customs duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee charged at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or held by customs.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. The free shipping threshold is calculated on your order subtotal after any discounts are applied, before tax.

Free shipping applies to contiguous US states and Alaska/Hawaii. International orders and expedited shipping are not included in the free shipping offer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also track your order anytime from your account at herwellness40.com/account or from our Track My Order page.

If your tracking number does not show any activity within 48 hours of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@herwellness40.com and we will investigate immediately.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location, order size, and shipping method selected. The carrier is selected automatically at the time of fulfillment to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your address.

Digital Products

PDF guides and digital downloads are delivered instantly via email after purchase — no shipping required. A download link will be sent to the email address on your order. Download links are valid for 30 days and allow up to 5 downloads.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital purchase, contact us at support@herwellness40.com and we will restore your access immediately.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything we can to ship on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume during peak seasons (holidays, promotions)
  • Carrier delays or weather events outside our control
  • Customs processing for international orders

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@herwellness40.com and we will assist you in locating the shipment or issuing a replacement.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund you at no cost. Please contact us at returns@herwellness40.com within 30 days of your estimated delivery date with your order number and a photo of any damage. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, reshipment to the corrected address will be at the customer's expense.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@herwellness40.com as quickly as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a package is marked undeliverable and returned to our facility (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A reshipment fee may apply. If you prefer not to reship, we will issue a refund for the product cost only — original shipping fees are non-refundable.
