Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we ship your wellness essentials — from order processing to delivery, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Shipping Basics

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States: all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Canada: all provinces and territories.

At this time, we do not ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands) or APO/FPO military addresses. If you're located outside our shipping regions, contact us at support@herwellness40.com — we may be able to make special arrangements.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase, excluding US federal holidays. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may extend to 3–4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

United States

  • Standard: 5–8 business days (rate calculated at checkout)
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days (rate calculated at checkout)
  • Free Standard: 5–8 business days on orders over $50

Canada

  • Standard International: 10–15 business days. Customs duties and import fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee at checkout.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to US orders over $50. The threshold is calculated on your order subtotal after any discounts are applied, before tax. Free shipping applies to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on the shipping address and the tax laws of the destination state. Tax rates are determined automatically and may vary by state, county, and city. The tax shown at checkout is the total amount you'll be charged — no hidden fees.

Subscribe & Save Shipping

Subscription orders ship on the same processing and delivery timelines as one-time purchases. If your subscription order qualifies for free shipping (subtotal over $50 after any subscription discount), free shipping applies automatically. You can manage your subscription frequency (every 30, 45, or 60 days) from your account dashboard at any time.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If a product is available for pre-order or is currently on backorder, the estimated ship date will be clearly shown on the product page and on your order confirmation. Pre-order items ship once stock arrives at our warehouse. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship in separate shipments to get available items to you sooner — at no extra cost.

Holiday Shipping

During major holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year), processing and carrier transit times may extend by 1–3 business days. We publish specific cutoff dates for guaranteed delivery before major holidays on our home page banner and via email to subscribers. Plan ahead to ensure on-time delivery during these high-volume periods.

2. Tracking & Carriers

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package. You can also track your order at any time from your account dashboard or via our Track Order tool. If your tracking shows no activity within 48 hours of the shipping email, contact us at support@herwellness40.com.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location, order size, and shipping method selected. The carrier is chosen automatically at fulfillment to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your address.

Restricted Shipping & Hazmat

Certain wellness products contain ingredients classified as hazardous materials for air transport (e.g., aerosols, alcohol-based liquids). These items can only be shipped via ground transport within the contiguous United States and may take 1–3 additional business days to deliver. Restricted items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or via expedited air shipping. If your order contains a restricted item, it will be clearly noted on the product page and your order confirmation.

3. If Something Goes Wrong

Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted carriers, occasional delays can occur due to weather, holidays, customs (international), or carrier disruptions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of the latest estimated delivery date, contact support@herwellness40.com with your order number and we will open an investigation.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact returns@herwellness40.com within 30 days of your estimated delivery date with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will ship a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return damaged items.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@herwellness40.com. We will do our best to update your address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require a reshipment fee to send to the corrected address.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

Packages may be returned to us if the address is undeliverable, refused at delivery, or unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts. When this happens, we will contact you to confirm the corrected address. A reshipment fee may apply, or you can choose a full refund of the product cost (original shipping is non-refundable).

4. Digital Products & Support

Digital Products

Digital products (PDF guides, ebooks, programs) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. Download links are valid for 30 days and allow up to 5 downloads. You can also access your digital purchases anytime from your account dashboard under "My Downloads." If you have trouble accessing your digital purchase, contact support@herwellness40.com and we will restore access immediately. Digital products do not have shipping fees and are non-refundable once downloaded.
