We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will make it right — no runaround, no fine print, no argument. That is our commitment to you.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Three steps. Less than two minutes.
- Email returns@herwellness40.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- We will respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, with a resolution or next steps.
- If approved, your refund is processed within 2–3 business days. No return shipment required for most cases.
Important: Before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider, please contact us first at returns@herwellness40.com. We resolve the vast majority of issues within 24 hours and will always work to make things right. Disputes filed without prior contact may delay your resolution.
Coverage by Product Type
Supplements
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all supplement purchases. If you tried the product consistently for at least 14 days and did not feel a difference, we will refund you completely.
To request a refund:
- Email returns@herwellness40.com with your order number
- Include a quick photo of your bottle — this helps us understand your experience and improve our formulas
- No return shipment required. You keep the product.
This guarantee applies to one order per customer for each product. Accounts with multiple refund requests on the same product may be reviewed individually before approval.
Skincare & Face Treatments
30-day satisfaction guarantee. To request a refund, email us with your order number and a photo of the product. No return shipment required for items under $50. For items $50 and above, we may request the product be returned using a prepaid label we provide at no cost to you.
Beauty Devices
30-day return window. Devices must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included and free of damage not caused by a manufacturing defect. We provide a prepaid return label. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 2–3 business days.
- Devices with visible physical damage from misuse are not eligible for a full refund but may qualify for store credit at our discretion.
- Manufacturing defects are covered regardless of condition — see Damaged & Defective section below.
Bundles & Kits
All items in the bundle must be included in the return request. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately unless one item was defective or incorrect. Store credit may be offered for partial bundle returns at our discretion.
PDF Guides & Digital Downloads
Digital products are final sale once downloaded. This is standard across the digital publishing industry and applies to all PDF guides, ebooks, and digital downloads sold on herwellness40.com.
Exception — Technical Failure: If your download link does not work, the file is corrupted, or you cannot access your purchase due to a technical issue on our end, contact us at support@herwellness40.com and we will resolve it immediately — including a full refund if we cannot restore access.
Before purchasing any digital product, a full table of contents and product preview is available on the product page so you know exactly what you are getting.
Gift Purchases
If you received a HerWellness40 product as a gift and would like to request a return or exchange, contact us at returns@herwellness40.com with a description of the product and the approximate purchase date. We will work with you to find a solution even without an order number.
Damaged, Defective, or Lost in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, we will replace it or refund you at no cost — no questions asked.
- Email returns@herwellness40.com within 30 days of delivery (or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages)
- Include a photo of the damaged item or packaging
- We will ship a replacement within 3 business days of approval, or issue a full refund — your choice
These cases are fully covered and resolved at our expense.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders follow the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee as single purchases.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Log into your account at herwellness40.com/account
- Go to Account → Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to cancel and confirm
You can also cancel by emailing support@herwellness40.com — we will process it within 24 hours and send you a confirmation. We will never charge your card after a confirmed cancellation.
Pausing Your Subscription
Not ready to cancel but need a break? You can pause your subscription for 30, 60, or 90 days from your account dashboard. Your next shipment will not process until you resume.
Subscription Refunds
If a subscription order charged before you could cancel, contact us within 24 hours of the charge at returns@herwellness40.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund it in full. If it has already shipped, our standard satisfaction guarantee applies.
What This Policy Does Not Cover
- Incorrect shipping address — If a package cannot be delivered due to an address error provided at checkout, reshipment is at the customer's expense.
- Unclaimed packages — Packages returned to our facility because they were not picked up or claimed will require a reshipment fee to resend.
- International customs rejection — We are not responsible for packages refused or held by customs. Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- Multiple refund requests on the same product — Our guarantee covers one claim per product per customer.
- Digital downloads after download — Once a PDF or digital product has been downloaded, it is final sale.
- Devices with user-caused physical damage — Scratches, breaks, or damage from misuse are not covered, though manufacturing defects always are.
International Orders (Canada)
All orders shipping to Canada are subject to our standard satisfaction guarantee. However, please note:
- Customs duties and import fees are the customer's responsibility
- Delivery times are 10–15 business days and may vary due to customs processing
- Packages rejected by Canadian customs are not eligible for a refund or reshipment

If your refund has not appeared after the timelines above: first check your bank account or PayPal. Then contact your card issuer. If you still have not received it after 10 business days, email us at returns@herwellness40.com and we will investigate immediately.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Verify your bank account or original payment method
- Contact your card issuer — some institutions have additional internal processing time
- If you still have not received it, email returns@herwellness40.com with your order number and we will trace the refund and resolve it the same day
