Shipping options, prices, and times

Orders process within 1–2 business days. Standard US shipping takes 5–8 business days from ship date. Expedited (2–3 days) is available at checkout. Canadian orders: 10–15 business days.

Free standard shipping on US orders over $50 (calculated on subtotal after discounts, before tax). Applies to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx — carrier is chosen automatically for fastest, most reliable delivery.

How Zip, Afterpay and Klarna work

We offer buy-now-pay-later via Shop Pay Installments (powered by Affirm), Afterpay, and Klarna. Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments every 2 weeks, or choose longer terms for larger orders. Eligibility and terms are decided by the provider at checkout.

No impact on your credit score for the standard 4-payment plan. Late or missed payments may incur fees from the provider and may affect your credit. Cancellations and refunds follow our standard policy and are processed back through the BNPL provider — refund timing depends on the provider (typically 5–7 business days).

Refunds, credits, and exchanges

30-day satisfaction guarantee on supplements and skincare. If you tried the product and didn't feel a difference, email returns@herwellness40.com with your order number. In most cases, you don't need to ship the product back.

Refund timing varies: Credit/debit cards 5–10 business days · PayPal 3–5 days · Shop Pay/BNPL 5–7 days · Store credit immediate. Exchanges accepted within 30 days, subject to availability. Digital products (PDFs/ebooks) are non-refundable once downloaded.

Order Issues

Edit or cancel order

Email support@herwellness40.com ASAP with your order number. We process orders within 1–2 business days, so changes are most likely accommodated within a few hours of purchase. We can't guarantee modifications once fulfillment begins.

Order waiting to be shipped

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after purchase. During peak seasons or sales, this can extend to 3–4 days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

Order stuck in transit

Tracking sometimes pauses for 2–3 business days during transit between carrier hubs — this is normal. If there's no movement for more than 5 business days, contact support@herwellness40.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

International order held or stuck

International orders may be held by customs in the destination country. Customs duties and import fees are the customer's responsibility. We're not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Contact your local customs office for status updates.

Returned to Sender or Refused Delivery

If your package is returned due to incorrect address or refused delivery, we'll contact you once we receive it back. Reshipment to the corrected address will be at the customer's expense. If you prefer a refund, we'll deduct the original shipping cost.

Payments

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and BNPL (Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, Klarna). All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and Stripe — your card data never touches our servers.

Credit card declined

Common reasons: insufficient funds, billing address mismatch with your bank, or fraud protection flag. Try (1) verifying your billing address matches your bank statement exactly, (2) calling your bank to authorize the charge, or (3) using a different payment method. If problems persist, email support@herwellness40.com.

Unrecognized charge

Charges from us may appear on your statement as "HERWELLNESS40", "HW40 LLC", or "SHOPIFY * HW40". If you don't recognize a charge, email support@herwellness40.com with the date, amount, and last 4 digits of the card. We'll identify the order or work with you to file a dispute if needed.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. The threshold is calculated on your subtotal after any discounts are applied, before tax. Free shipping applies to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also use the "Where is my order?" tool at the top of this page, or check your order history at your Dashboard. If tracking shows no activity within 48 hours of the shipping email, contact support@herwellness40.com.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. Standard international delivery to Canada takes 10–15 business days. Customs duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Wrong shipping address entered

Contact us immediately at support@herwellness40.com with your order number and the corrected address. We'll do our best to update before the order ships, but we can't guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun. If returned due to incorrect address, reshipment will be at the customer's expense.

Shipping carriers used

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location, order size, and shipping method selected. The carrier is chosen automatically at fulfillment to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.

Marked delivered but I didn't receive it

First, check around your property, with neighbors, and confirm your shipping address on the order. Carrier scans sometimes happen a day before actual delivery. If after 2 business days the package hasn't arrived, contact us at support@herwellness40.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Promotions & Loyalty

I forgot to apply my discount code

Email support@herwellness40.com with your order number and the code you intended to use. If the order hasn't shipped and the code is valid, we'll issue a partial refund equal to the discount. We can't guarantee adjustments after shipping.

Subscription discount

Yes. Subscribe & Save customers receive a discount on every recurring order. You can choose your frequency (every 30, 45, or 60 days) and manage your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Subscription discounts can't be combined with other promo codes.

Referral or loyalty program

Our membership program (Seed → Sprout → Bloom → Lotus → Platinum) rewards you with points for every purchase. Visit your Dashboard to see your current level. Share your unique referral link to earn extra store credit when friends make their first purchase.

When new sales start

Subscribe to our newsletter to receive early access to sales and exclusive promotions. Sign up at the bottom of any page. We also announce promotions on Instagram and via SMS (opt-in at checkout).

Subscriptions

Cancel my subscription

Log into your Dashboard, navigate to Subscriptions, select the one to cancel, and confirm. You can also email support@herwellness40.com and we'll process the cancellation within 24 hours. We'll never charge your card after a cancellation is confirmed.

Pause my subscription

Yes. You can pause your subscription for 30, 60, or 90 days from your Dashboard. Your next shipment and billing won't process until you resume. No fee to pause or resume.

Subscription billing date

Your subscription billing date is set based on your original purchase date and the delivery frequency you selected (every 30, 45, or 60 days). You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal. View and update upcoming billing dates from your Dashboard.

Change subscription frequency

Yes. From your Dashboard under Subscriptions, switch your delivery frequency between every 30, 45, or 60 days at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Refund on a subscription charge

If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact support@herwellness40.com within 5 business days of the charge. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel and issue a full refund. If it has shipped, our standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies.

Account

Do I need an account to order?

No, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track orders, manage subscriptions, access digital downloads, save addresses, and build a purchase history — all in one place. We recommend an account for the best experience.

Forgot my password

On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't get it, check your spam folder or contact support@herwellness40.com.

Update billing/shipping address

Log into your Dashboard and edit your saved addresses. Updating in your account doesn't change addresses on orders already placed. To change an existing order, contact support@herwellness40.com immediately.

View my full order history

Log into your Dashboard to see all past orders with status, tracking links, and itemized details. Click any order number for full details and any digital downloads.

Delete my account

Email privacy@herwellness40.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We process within 45 days per applicable privacy law. Some data may be retained for legal or financial compliance as required by law.

Gift Cards

Gift Card Expiration

HerWellness40 gift cards never expire. They remain valid until the balance is fully used. There are no inactivity fees or hidden charges.

Gift card refund or exchange

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. The balance can be used towards any product on our store at any time. Items purchased with a gift card and returned will be refunded back to the original gift card.

Apply gift card to past order

Gift cards can only be applied at checkout on new orders. They cannot be retroactively applied to previously placed orders. If you forgot to use your gift card, save it for your next purchase — it never expires.

Purchase a physical gift card

Currently we only offer digital gift cards delivered by email. The recipient receives a unique code they can apply at checkout. We're working on physical gift cards for the future — subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Lost or stolen gift card

Treat your gift card code like cash — we can't replace lost or stolen codes. If you suspect the code was used without authorization, email support@herwellness40.com with the original purchase order number and we'll investigate.

Resend a gift card

If you or your recipient didn't receive the gift card email, check the spam folder first. If still missing, email support@herwellness40.com with the order number and we'll resend it to the original or a new email address.

Discount Codes

Multiple discount codes per order

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with each other, but they can generally be combined with free shipping offers (unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms). Subscription discounts are automatic and cannot stack with promo codes.

Discount code not working

Common reasons: (1) Code has expired. (2) Items in your cart don't qualify for the promotion. (3) Minimum order amount not reached. (4) Code is one-time-use and was already redeemed. (5) Code is case-sensitive — try copy/pasting exactly. If you believe the code should work, email support@herwellness40.com.

Returns & Refunds Details

How do I request a refund?

Three steps: (1) Email returns@herwellness40.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. (2) We respond within 24 hours Mon–Fri. (3) If approved, your refund is processed within 2–3 business days to your original payment method.

Refund timing in my account

Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days · PayPal: 3–5 business days · Shop Pay/BNPL: 5–7 business days · Store credit and gift cards: applied immediately. If after 10 business days you don't see your refund, contact your bank before reaching out to us — bank processing times vary.

Order arrived damaged

Email returns@herwellness40.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll ship a replacement within 3 business days or issue a full refund — your choice, at no cost to you. You don't need to return the damaged item.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. If you received the wrong product or want to exchange for a different item, email returns@herwellness40.com within 30 days with your order number. If the new item costs more, you'll only be charged the difference. Subject to product availability.

Non-refundable items

Digital products (PDFs and ebooks) are non-refundable once downloaded. Bundle discounts are forfeited if only one item is returned from a bundle — refunds are calculated at the single-item price. Opened personal care items may be returned under our satisfaction guarantee if unused or minimally used within 30 days.

Safe with medications?

Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement — especially if you're pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or managing a condition. Our products are formulated with safety in mind, but individual interactions depend on your health profile. Our products aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Third-party tested?

Yes. Our supplements are tested by independent accredited labs for purity, potency, and absence of contaminants (heavy metals, pesticides, microbials). Testing info is on each product page. We believe full transparency is not optional — it's a baseline.

Gluten-free / allergens

All current supplements are gluten-free. Individual allergen info (dairy, soy, tree nuts, shellfish) is listed on each product page. If you have specific dietary concerns or allergies not addressed there, contact us before purchasing.

Supplement forms (capsules/powder)

Our supplements come in capsules and powders, depending on the product. We choose the form that best preserves potency and bioavailability. Each product page lists the form, serving size, and servings per container. We never use proprietary blends — you always see the exact dose of every ingredient.

How to store my supplements

Store supplements in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Unless indicated on the label, refrigeration is not required. Keep out of reach of children. Don't use after the expiration date printed on the label.

Skincare fragrance-free?

Some products are fragrance-free and some use light natural botanical scents. Each product page lists the full ingredient list so you can verify before purchasing. If you have fragrance sensitivities, look for the "fragrance-free" label or contact us — we'll recommend the right option for your skin.

Supply Chain & Transparency

Where are products manufactured?

All HerWellness40 supplements are manufactured in the United States in FDA-registered, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified facilities. GMP means our manufacturers follow strict quality control at every stage — from raw material sourcing to finished product testing.

Ethically sourced ingredients?

Yes. We work exclusively with suppliers who meet our standards for ethical sourcing, environmental responsibility, and labor practices. We prioritize clinically studied, trademarked ingredient forms (such as KSM-66 Ashwagandha and TRAACS chelated minerals) with transparent supply chains.

Testing certificates (COA)

We publish testing summaries on applicable product pages. For the full Certificate of Analysis (COA) for a specific product lot, email support@herwellness40.com with the product name and lot number (found on the label). We'll provide it within 2 business days.

Manufacturing certifications

Our manufacturing partners hold FDA registration and GMP certification under 21 CFR Part 111. These standards govern quality controls for dietary supplements including identity testing, potency verification, and contamination prevention. Some partners also hold NSF, ISO, or Informed Sport certifications — details per product.

Cruelty-free?

Yes. HerWellness40 doesn't conduct or commission animal testing on any of our products or ingredients. Our skincare products are formulated without animal-derived ingredients unless explicitly stated (e.g., some collagen sources). Cruelty-free status is verified with each supplier at sourcing time.

Digital Downloads

Access my PDF after purchase

A download link is sent immediately to your email after purchase. Links are valid for 30 days and allow up to 5 downloads. You can also access your digital purchases anytime from your Dashboard under "My Downloads." If you have trouble, contact support@herwellness40.com and we'll restore access immediately.

Download link expired

Absolutely. Email support@herwellness40.com with your order number and we'll send a fresh download link right away — no questions asked. Digital purchases are yours permanently and we'll always restore access.

Can I print my digital guide?

Yes, you may print one personal copy for your own use. Digital guides are for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction — in print or digital — is not permitted under our Terms of Service.

First, check your spam or junk folder — download emails sometimes get filtered. Make sure you're checking the email address you used at checkout. If you still can't find it, contact support@herwellness40.com with your order number and we'll resend immediately.
