Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 5–8 business days from the ship date. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. Canadian orders take 10–15 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. The threshold is calculated on your subtotal after any discounts are applied, before tax. Free shipping applies to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link. You can also use the Track My Order tool at the top of this page, or check your order history by logging into your account at herwellness40.com/account.

If your tracking number shows no activity within 48 hours of your shipping confirmation email, contact support@herwellness40.com and we will investigate immediately.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. Standard international delivery to Canada takes 10–15 business days. Customs duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee charged at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what do I do?

Contact us immediately at support@herwellness40.com with your order number and the corrected address. We will do our best to update your address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment to the corrected address will be at the customer's expense.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Email support@herwellness40.com as quickly as possible with your order number. We process orders within 1–2 business days, so changes are most likely to be accommodated if requested within a few hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once the order has entered fulfillment.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location, order size, and shipping method selected. The carrier is chosen automatically at the time of fulfillment to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your address.

My package was marked delivered but I haven't received it.

First, check around your property, with neighbors, and confirm your shipping address on the order. Carrier scans sometimes happen a day before actual delivery. If after 2 business days the package has not arrived, contact us at support@herwellness40.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all supplement and skincare purchases. If you tried the product and did not feel a difference, email returns@herwellness40.com with your order number. In most cases, you do not need to ship the product back. See our full Refund Policy for complete details.

How do I request a refund?

It only takes three steps: (1) Email returns@herwellness40.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. (2) We respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. (3) If approved, your refund is processed within 2–3 business days to your original payment method.

How long does a refund take to appear in my account?

Credit and debit cards: 5–10 business days. PayPal: 3–5 business days. Shop Pay / buy-now-pay-later: 5–7 business days. Store credit and gift cards are applied immediately. If you do not see your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank before reaching out to us — bank processing times vary.

My order arrived damaged — what happens?

Email returns@herwellness40.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will ship a replacement within 3 business days or issue a full refund — your choice, at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. If you received the wrong product or would like to exchange for a different item, email returns@herwellness40.com within 30 days with your order number. If the new item costs more, you will only be charged the difference. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

What items are non-refundable?

Digital products (PDF guides and ebooks) are non-refundable once downloaded. Bundle discounts are forfeited if only one item is returned from a bundle — refunds are calculated at the single-item price. Opened personal care items may be returned under our satisfaction guarantee if unused or minimally used within 30 days.

Shopping & Promotions

How do I apply a discount or promo code?

At checkout, enter your discount code in the "Discount code" field and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total before you complete payment. If your code is not working, verify it has not expired and that the items in your cart qualify for the promotion.

Can I use more than one promo code at a time?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with each other, but they can generally be combined with free shipping offers (unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms).

I forgot to apply my discount code — can you adjust my order?

Email support@herwellness40.com with your order number and the discount code you intended to use. If the order has not yet shipped and the code is valid, we will issue a partial refund equal to the discount amount. We cannot guarantee adjustments after the order has shipped.

Do you offer a subscription discount?

Yes. Subscribe & Save customers receive a discount on every recurring order. You can choose your delivery frequency (every 30, 45, or 60 days) and manage your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other promo codes.

Do you have a referral or loyalty program?

We are building a loyalty program for our community. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when it launches. In the meantime, share your unique referral link from your account dashboard to earn store credit when friends make their first purchase.

How do I know when a sale or new promotion starts?

Subscribe to our email list to receive early access to sales and exclusive promotions. You can sign up at the bottom of any page on our website. We also announce promotions to our community on Instagram and via SMS (opt-in available at checkout).

Are your supplements safe to take with medications?

Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or managing a pre-existing condition. Our products are formulated with safety in mind, but individual interactions depend on your specific health profile. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. Our supplement products are tested by independent, accredited third-party laboratories for purity, potency, and absence of contaminants including heavy metals, pesticides, and microbials. Testing information is listed on each product page. We believe full transparency is not optional — it is a baseline.

Are your supplements gluten-free?

All current supplement products are gluten-free. Individual allergen information — including dairy, soy, tree nuts, and shellfish — is listed on each product page. If you have specific dietary concerns or allergies not addressed on the product page, please contact us before purchasing.

What forms do your supplements come in?

Our supplements come in capsules and powders, depending on the product. We choose the form that best preserves ingredient potency and bioavailability. Each product page lists the serving form, serving size, and number of servings per container. We never use proprietary blends — you always see the exact dose of every ingredient.

How should I store my supplements?

Store supplements in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Unless indicated on the label, refrigeration is not required. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the label.

Are your skincare products fragrance-free?

Some products are fragrance-free and some use light natural botanical scents. Each product page lists the full ingredient list so you can verify before purchasing. If you have fragrance sensitivities, look for the "fragrance-free" label on the product page or contact us and we will recommend the right option for your skin.

Supply Chain & Transparency

Where are your products manufactured?

All HerWellness40 supplements are manufactured in the United States in FDA-registered, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified facilities. GMP certification means our manufacturers follow strict quality control processes at every stage of production — from raw material sourcing to finished product testing.

Are your ingredients ethically sourced?

Yes. We work exclusively with suppliers who meet our standards for ethical sourcing, environmental responsibility, and labor practices. We prioritize clinically studied, trademarked ingredient forms (such as KSM-66 Ashwagandha and TRAACS chelated minerals) that have transparent supply chains and rigorous quality controls from origin to finished product.

Do you publish third-party testing certificates?

We publish testing summaries and certifications on applicable product pages. If you would like the full Certificate of Analysis (COA) for a specific product lot, email support@herwellness40.com with the product name and lot number (found on the label) and we will provide it within 2 business days.

What certifications do your manufacturing facilities have?

Our manufacturing partners hold FDA registration and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certification under 21 CFR Part 111. These standards govern quality controls for dietary supplements including identity testing, potency verification, and contamination prevention. Some partners also hold NSF, ISO, or Informed Sport certifications — details are listed per product where applicable.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. HerWellness40 does not conduct or commission animal testing on any of our products or ingredients. Our skincare products are formulated without animal-derived ingredients unless explicitly stated (e.g., some collagen sources). Cruelty-free status is verified with each supplier at the time of ingredient sourcing.

Digital Downloads & PDF Guides

How do I access my PDF guide after purchase?

A download link is sent immediately to your email after purchase. Links are valid for 30 days and allow up to 5 downloads. You can also access your digital purchases at any time from your account dashboard under "My Downloads." If you have trouble, contact support@herwellness40.com and we will restore your access immediately.

My download link expired — can I get a new one?

Absolutely. Email support@herwellness40.com with your order number and we will send a fresh download link right away — no questions asked. Digital purchases are yours permanently, and we will always restore your access.

Can I print my digital guide?

Yes, you may print one personal copy for your own use. Digital guides are for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction — in print or digital form — is not permitted under our Terms of Service.

I did not receive my download email — what should I check?

First, check your spam or junk folder — download emails from Shopify occasionally get filtered. Make sure you are checking the email address you used at checkout. If you still cannot find it, contact support@herwellness40.com with your order number and we will resend immediately.

Subscriptions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your account, navigate to Account → Subscriptions, select the subscription you wish to cancel, and confirm. You can also email support@herwellness40.com and we will process your cancellation within 24 hours. We will never charge your card after a cancellation is confirmed.

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

Yes. You can pause your subscription for 30, 60, or 90 days from your account dashboard. Your next shipment and billing will not process until you resume. There is no fee to pause or resume.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

Your subscription billing date is set based on your original purchase date and the delivery frequency you selected (every 30, 45, or 60 days). You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal. You can view and update your upcoming billing dates from your account dashboard.

Can I change the frequency of my subscription?

Yes. From your account dashboard under Subscriptions, you can switch your delivery frequency between every 30, 45, or 60 days at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Can I get a refund on a subscription charge?

If you were charged for a subscription renewal and did not intend to renew, contact us at support@herwellness40.com within 5 business days of the charge. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and issue a full refund. If it has shipped, our standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies.

Account & Orders

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track orders, manage subscriptions, access your digital downloads, save addresses, and build a purchase history — all in one place. We recommend creating an account for the best experience.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

On the login page at herwellness40.com/account/login, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact support@herwellness40.com.

How do I update my billing or shipping address?

Log into your account and navigate to Account → Addresses to add, edit, or remove saved addresses. Note: updating an address in your account does not change the address on orders that have already been placed. To change an address on an existing order, contact us immediately at support@herwellness40.com.

How do I view my full order history?

Log into your account at herwellness40.com/account. Under "Order History" you will see all past orders with their status, tracking links, and itemized details. Click any order number to view its full details and access any digital downloads associated with that purchase.

How do I delete my account?

To request deletion of your account and personal data, email privacy@herwellness40.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 45 days in accordance with applicable privacy law. Note that we may retain certain information for legal or financial compliance purposes as required by law.
